PharmaDiv is an online pharmacy based in Pretoria, South Africa. Pharmadiv (Pty) Ltd was established in 2021 but has been an ongoing concern company since 2019, trading under the company name DS Transact (Pty) Ltd. We strive to offer a wide range of products that you normally find in a brick-and-mortar pharmacy and competitive prices which get delivered straight to your door!

This may include personal information which contains identifiable information such as (amongst other things) your first and last name, screen name, email address, postal address, physical address, telephone number, date of birth, details about your telephone device (e.g. mobile phone) and your telephone service provider and information related to providing products and services (“Personal Data”).

We may also collect other information, including your interests, preferences, purchasing behavior, transactional information, geographical location, and demographics (e.g., age, gender, and income information). We may, on occasion, combine Personal Data we receive online with other records (such as those from telephone and other persons) to develop a customer profile relating to you.

How we get the personal information and what we use it for:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To confirm and verify your identity or to verify that you are an authorized user for security purposes;

Overseas recipients: Pharmadiv may share Personal Data with entities that are based overseas. Pharmadiv can guarantee that any such Overseas Clients will comply fully with the Company’s privacy principles in relation to your Personal Data. Notwithstanding a foregoing, Pharmadiv undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that any such Overseas Recipients are bound by terms and conditions substantially like those contained in this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Website, you acknowledge and consent in respect of the aforementioned transfer of your Personal Data to any such Overseas Clients on these terms as permitted by the Pharmadiv privacy principles and agree not to hold the company liable in this regard.

Pharmadiv will not collect, use, or disclose sensitive information (such as information about racial or ethnic origins or political or religious beliefs) except with your specific consent or in the circumstances permitted by law.

• You may also request Pharmadiv to correct or supplement any of your personal data which Pharmadiv undertakes as soon as practicable.
• Request the destruction of your personal data. Mr. Divan Serfontein & Mr. Chris Moolman will consider your request in light of any other laws or regulations prohibiting Pharmadiv from destroying your personal data.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
