This Return & Refund Policy complies fully with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. We are committed to fair business practices—but also protecting our company from abuse and unreasonable claims. If a product is defective, misrepresented, or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund it swiftly. If it’s not our fault, the client bears the cost.
If you want to return a product that isn’t defective or damaged, here’s how it works:

We follow Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, which gives all South African consumers the right to return defective or misrepresented products within six months. We will always honor these rights where legally applicable. However, our return policy above applies to all non-defective, unwanted, or discretionary return requests.
