“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pharmadiv (Pty) Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the user, customer, or client accessing this website and/or making a purchase.
🔹 Legal Framework – Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
This site and our operations comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. You have the right to return defective or misrepresented goods within 6 months of delivery. However, discretionary returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse or “life happened” cases) are handled under our own refund structure, described below.
🔹 Refund & Return Policy Summary
Unwanted product returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and will be refunded on a declining scale:
Within 48 hours: 90% refund
3–5 days: 75% refund
6–7 days: 60% refund
After 7 days: ❌ No returns accepted
Damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
Shipping costs for all other returns are your responsibility unless we were at fault.
Refunds are processed once a week—usually on Tuesdays.
🔹 Product Availability
Due to the nature of our catalog (10,000+ items), product images may be stock photos and not always 100% accurate. If an item is out of stock, the amount will be credited to your account unless otherwise arranged.
🔹 Delivery & Shipping
We aim to use your chosen shipping method, but we reserve the right to choose an alternative courier if the parcel size or value exceeds the original quote. Pharmadiv is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
🔹 Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Payfast, Payflex, Happypay, Float, EFT, and other verified gateways. Orders are only dispatched after payment is confirmed in full.
🔹 Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors will not be honored, and we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such errors.
🔹 Account Credit & Balances
If we issue a credit to your account, it is your responsibility to track and use it. If you do not have a Pharmadiv account, email finance@pharmadiv.co.za for refund arrangements.
🔹 Product Use & Liability
Pharmadiv is a supplier and not a prescriber. Use all health-related products according to manufacturer guidance or healthcare professional advice. We take no responsibility for misuse or self-prescription side effects.
🔹 Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse the site, spam, hack, manipulate product data, or misrepresent yourself. We reserve the right to block or ban abusive users or fraudulent orders at our discretion.
🔹 Intellectual Property
All website content—text, images, logos, software—is the intellectual property of Pharmadiv (Pty) Ltd or its suppliers. Unauthorized copying, use, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
