🛒 Returns for Unwanted or Non-Defective Items
We accept returns for products you no longer want, provided they are unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.
⏱ Return Window:
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued on the following sliding scale:

📌 All returns must be pre-approved in writing. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
🛡️ Defective, Damaged, or Misrepresented Items
We will replace or refund any product that:
Is defective or expired upon delivery
Was damaged in transit
Was incorrectly delivered or misrepresented on our site
✅ Your Responsibilities:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear evidence (photos/videos if needed)
Retain the original packaging
In such cases, PharmaDiv covers all return and replacement shipping costs.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if:
The product is unused, sealed, and in resale condition
You notify us within 48 hours
You agree to cover shipping both ways unless the error is ours
💵 Refunds & Restocking Fees
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns for non-defective items.
⚖️ Legal Rights
Under Section 56 of the CPA, South African consumers have the right to return defective or misrepresented products within 6 months. We will always honor these rights where applicable.
